Getting There

By car

Centro Costa Salguero Exhibition Hall is found in Palermo in the City of Buenos Aires located at the intersection of Costanera Norte Rafael Obligado Avenue and Jerónimo Salguero street. The Río de la Plata river is its natural border at the east.

Coming from the North: along Panamericana Highway, take General Paz Av. to the east/Río de la Plata. Drive south on Leopoldo Lugones Avenue. Before the bridge, turn left on Sarmiento Av. and take Costanera Norte Rafael Obligado Av. to the south, towards downtown (Port of Buenos Aires). On Jerónimo Salguero turn right and then left to go back along the river. After the traffic lights go into the Exhibition Hall grounds through the entrance portico.


From the South east: if you are coming into Buenos Aires along Ricchieri Highway, take 25 de Mayo Highway. You will have two options: Boedo Av. exit: In Colombres turn left and keep going east/river. After Rivadavia Av. it becomes Jerónimo Salguero. Go along Salguero up to the river (cross Las Heras Av., Libertador and Figueroa Alcorta). The entrance to the Exhibition Hall grounds faces the ending of Salguero street.


9 de Julio exit: continue east towards the river and the obelisk, take A. Illia Highway that ends in the intersection of Jerónimo Salguero and Costanera Norte Rafael Obligado. After the traffic lights go into the Exhibition Hall grounds through the entrance portico.

From the South: if you are coming along Buenos Aires-La Plata Highway, you can choose between 9 de Julio or Ing. Huergo Av. towards Puerto Madero.

Option 9 de Julio: continue east towards the river and the obelisk, take A. Illia Highway that ends in the intersection of Jerónimo Salguero and Costanera Norte Rafael Obligado. After the traffic light enter the Exhibition Hall grounds through the entrance portico.

Option Ing. Huergo: go north, along Eduardo Madero Av. On Córdoba Av. You have two options.

Option Retiro: turn left and a few blocks later turn right on Leandro N. Alem. When you pass Retiro train station it becomes Libertador Av. This then becomes Figueroa Alcorta.Av. Go on north up to Jerónimo Salguero street (first one after MALBA -Costantini Collection Museum).

Option Port: drive straight along R. S. Castillo to access Buenos Aires Port. Continue north - you will pass by the port terminals. Once the port area ends, you will arrive to Jerónimo Salguero street, where A. Illia Highway finishes turn right to go into the Exhibition Hall grounds.

From the West: if you go into the city along Acceso Oeste, in Liniers you have three options.

Option: Gral Paz Av.: drive towards the river. Go north on Leopoldo Lugones Av. Before the bridge, turn left on Sarmiento Av. and take Costanera Norte Rafael Obligado Av. to the south, towards downtown (Buenos Aires Port). On Jerónimo Salguero take a right and then left to go back towards the river. After the traffic light go into the Exhibition Hall grounds through the entrance portico.

Option Juan B. Justo: take this avenue towards the east/river. Once you get to Santa Fe Av. - Puente Pacífico, go straight along Bullrich Av. Once you get to Libertador Av., go straight along Dorrego Avenue until you get to Lugones Highway. Turn right. Before the bridge, turn left on Sarmiento Av. and go along Costanera Norte Rafael Obligado Av. to the south, towards downtown (Buenos Aires Port). On Jerónimo Salguero turn right and then left to go back towards the river. After the traffic light of Costanera Norte go into the Exhibition Hall grounds through the entrance portico.

Option Mariano Moreno Highway: drive until it connects with 25 de Mayo Highway up to Boedo Av. exit or 9 de Julio Av. exit. See from the South east.

From Quilmes.
From Ciudad Universitaria (only the branch that reads "Ciudad Universitaria").

Line 37:

From Lanus.
Up to Ciudad Universitaria (only Branch 4, or Costanera). Stop on R. Obligado Av.and Sarmiento.

Line 45:

From R. de Escalada.
Up to Ciudad Universitaria (only the Branch that reads "Ciudad Universitaria").

Line 160:

From Claypole.
Up to Ciudad Universitaria (only the Branch that goes up to Ciudad Universitaria). Stop on Sarmiento and Lugones Av.
